Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery inside the valley usually takes 24-48 hours; elsewhere 3-5 working days. You will receive a call or message when your order is on its way.

Payment

Pay on delivery, or by eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer once we confirm your order.

Returns

If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Unused items in their original condition can be exchanged or refunded. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at our cost.
